We are using the latest technology for manufacturing and packaging. Cinnamon is we are used mostly for our product manufactur. Processing of Cinnamon In our process peeling of bark from the stems and then the quills are rolled on a board to tighten the filling and then placed in subdued sunlight for further drying. We posses highly skilled workers who process our Cinnamon and that is the secret of the premium quality of our cinnamon. In the grading process the quality of cinnamon is judged by the thickness of the bark, the appearance (broken or entire quills) and the aroma and flavour. We have the best grades as our main output due to our highly skilled workers and qiality vetted processing system.
