Janrich Sauce's Green Kochchi Hot sauce

Janrich Sauce's Green Kochchi Sauce 250ml (free of artificial colorings or flavors).

Green Kochchi Sauce is a Sri Lankanized Hot sauce made using Sri lankan Green Kochchi/Scotch Bonnet chillies. The chillies are fermented in Halmilla Wooden Barrels for a long period of time to give the sauce a unique and hard hitting taste. Green Kochchi Hot Sauce holds ingredients to make a meal a ton more exiting. It can be used- as a dip, while cooking and when marinating.

Green Kochchi sauce Ingredients: Water, kochchi, Sugar,Table Salt, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate (INS 1442), Mustard Powder, Onion Powder, Xanthan gum (INS 415), Ascorbic Acid (INS 300), Potassium Sorbate (INS 202)
