Red Kochchi Sauce is a Sri Lankanized Hot sauce made using Sri lankan Red Kochchi/Scotch Bonnet chilies. The chilies are fermented in Halmilla Wooden Barrels for a long period of time to give the sauce a unique and hard hitting taste. It packs every bite of a meal with an addictive and relentless thrill with its spiciness. It can be used- as a dip, while cooking and when marinating.
